So, i search on Youtube some video's about new cap lvl at TW server, and watch what i found

This guy plays at server ,after lvl 70 patch , and he still use english patch .
I'm not sure how he do it but maybe someone will know.Thank You ^^.

run the update, log in to see if gae runs. if it does run patch as normal but open the exe file to play. worked for me hope it works for you

just uninstall the game n delete everyfolder you have of the game then download it back n there ya go

Main Problem #1:

I all I did was delete lang0.pak, base.pak, and the English patch launcher. I then replaced them again. It fixed the problem for me.

Problem #2:

Only problem I had left was that it will always download files each time I ran the game. So I uninstalled the game and re-installed it. Ran the game to make sure it worked. I backed up the file lang0.pak that is in the pack folder within the TAIWAN folder. I then patched it with the English patch.

Please pass on this info for others that are having the same problems.
