Remove the following files found in the folder DBO_CT_TW \ locate \ TAIWAN \ pack:
lang0.pak
lang.pak
DBOCOM Language patcher.exe
readme.txt
If you have the installer DBO_CT_TW_Setup_20120531.exe, do the following:
Run the file, select as shown below and continue.
If you do not have the installer, download the files:
lang.pak
lang0.pak

extract the file within the directory DBO_CT_TW \ locate \ TAIWAN \ pack
This problem occurred with PATCH manual.
I suggest updating the game with the launcher.
To make the update launcher again, modify the file CurrentPatchVer.XML(file hiden into folder \DBO_CT_TW) to a previous version.
Steps:
1. Open the file CurrentPatchVer.XML with Notepad;
2. Let as in the picture below;
3. Save modifications;
4. Open the launcher, with administrator privileges.

First install some nice graphics drivers.And you should be able to play

check the folder DBO_CT_TW \ locate \ TAIWAN \ pack if the files are below:
Lang.pak
Lang0.pak
Base.pak (If this any, should be removed)
Do not install the patch translation after upgrade. Check first if the game works.
If not work, I suggest you repair the installation.
Ok In The Taiwan version... put the english patch in the (pack folder and the localize pack folder)
then right click the lang0.pak files IN BOTH FOLDERS and go to properties click off the read only option and apply and select ok now run both on administrator close the pack folder after each of them say complete .. open the launcher in the main folder of the game (right clicking the launcher will give you the option to select administrator. With administrator it should be patched and in english on the log in screen !!!!! P.S. I did this with windows 7 which i was told before couldnt be done.. I DID IT THO
