Every time I enter the game(starting with the log in) all I get for all of the tiawan words is a bunch of boxes. Any way to fix this?

Hi o/ I have the same problem and with some research i notice that you have to install the package from "ate, Time, Language, and Regional Options" in the "Control Panel", but it requires the original Windows CD (least for windows xp) and that's where my problems begins too .-.'

I have windows 7 and I updated the language as well as re-installed DBO, and now I am at a loss.

Hey never mind find the solution :o (least for me .-. since i dont have the windows cd if u do have then its even easier) So I found this link: http://www.voom.net/install-files-for-east-asian-languages-windows-xp
followes what its says and i just reboot my pc and TADA! done xD hope it helps u guys too :D

I found out how to do it with windows 7. You go to your optional updates and select the Chinese languages, I did not know know which to choose so I chose them both. After they are done installing restart your computer and the boxes will go away. Hopefully this helps for the windows 7 users.
