Download DBO from here if you have it from utorrent :http://dbo.wasabii.com.tw/DB_Download/client.shtm
and the game will download the new patch 1.57.23.

and now i have a new prob : error code 183 so i will try this

try uninstalling and deleting the folder TWv was in. Then download the latest launcher they have. my friend did this on all 3 of his pc and it worked. not sure if it will work for all. language patch works for him too.

uninstalled & reinstalled now everything works ( even an old minimap prob :p )
