I believe that the one saying launcher is telling you that your launcher is out of date. When you click on the game to start it do you right click and press run as admin? I always forget and don't realize and that Happens to me. once I did that it worked and it started patching things. I have no idea what the other are though sorry.

yes i run it as adminstrator it just shows the same errors every time.

yes i just uninstalled it and installed it again WITHOUT the English Patch it **** every thing and make sure to run it as adminstrator at the SECOND TIME after you patch
