Hi everyone. This is my first post here, and I wish it weren't me begging for help, but so it goes. I've been digging through the forums here and have tried everything that I can to get this stuff to work properly, but I can't. Here are my issues:
1) Every time I open the launcher it patches again. After the patch is finished downloading it gives me that small error message that has Chinese then the word "launcher" then more Chinese. It looks like this ######LAUNCHER

I can't tell if it's an error message or not, because after I click okay, the start button becomes available and the game boots right up to the log-in screen. Now, it is important to note that I HAVE clicked Run As Admin EVERY TIME, yet every time I open the launcher, it and installs the same patch.
2) I cannot get the English patch to work. If I could get that to work, the UI at the Character Creation screen would be easier to navigate, but as it is, I create a character and a long message in Chinese pops up. Again, I have run the patcher as an admin, but it still does not work.
I have literally spent the last 10 hours installing and messing with this game trying to get it to work and have gone through all the troubleshooters and dug through these forums like I was looking for buried treasure and nothing seems to be working. If anyone knows how to fix either of these problems I would be grateful.
