I know this is going to sound repetitive and most would answer with it's a maintenance problem or run as an administrator but here is the problem. I run the program as an administrator and i make sure that there is no maintenance going on and the same message appears " authentication failed, connection failed, try again" and i do try again but the same exact thing happens. I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks for those who do.
