Ok, i tried reinstalling the game, i tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game, i tried using any thing that i could possibly find, but for some reason, everytime i load the launcher, it patches all over again, when it looks like it finishes the patch, it gives an error im not even sure what it is..... but it looks like i can't use the english patch because everytime i load it, it repatches and gives that same error. Which reverts all the text back to Taiwanese... this is really getting frustrating..... and the error it gives me the only english word it says is launcher i can't understand the rest....



edit: and i have been opening as administrator when it comes to the launcher
