Every once in a while, on random occasions, I get the gameguard error saying "if you get this error delete your gameguard folder" well... I do that, time and time again, but it's only a temporary fix, sometimes not even. What should I do?

If you delete your folder, it should be gone. Do you re-patch and get the folder again? or does it just magically re-appear?
I delete the folder and re-launch, automatically making a new GameGuard folder... But I guess I will just re-patch the whole game via launcher..
ohhhh, yea just re-patch the game, and if that doesn't work re-install it. That should fix it, but if it doesn't then just post here saying it's not and then we will have to look into your computer specs to find out problem.
