You can install it anywhere. That just means where you'll be going to find the program and it's components (to put in the english patch, bypass the launcher, etc etc.)
for english patch to work:
1. Download lang0 file http://www2.zshare.ma/ytzo0tdh18qs
2. Move original lang0 file to another place
3. Insert downloaded file to last one place
