Let's say i reached 60lvl with DW, done a skill reset, used PvP build and and have unlimited money. I'm makin my eq max reflect and as much LP as I can, upgrading everything as much as I can. How good can I be on PvP?

meh, DWs wouldnt last on solo pvp, they cant take on any class, at party pvp you might try to replace the SK , but that wouldnt be the best of choices either. At dojo you can make quite the big difference, since you are really hard to kill you can with the help of a healer, hold a pillar by yourself for as long as the dojo last, you can easily ( unless crited , which you should invest on con gears to avoid that and anti-crit) hold 10 people and by the 10 last minutes you can output some damage by going giant. Also you have a good buff that increases everyones def a lot and a few CC to stop people from taking the pillars.

Although the dream sounds nice of turning an "underdog" class into a PVP one, its never going to happen. A DW just does not deal enough damage, and some skills have long cool down. Why pick a class where they preform poorly in PvP and excellent in PVE beats me. If your going to make a DW, make it full pve build or dont bother making one at all.

the underdog classes like grand chef , crane and DW are a great asset for dojo wars.

Yes, but you do not need a DW to have a PVP build for dojo wars, as their pve build should be enough. Grandchef and cranes I would not consider underdog but more under used because they can preform great in PVP with the right build and gear, only problem is not too many people play as them.

I know that, but that doesnt remove him from the pvp perspective, so if he wants to make a dw he will not only excell at pve but will be also a great help on dojo wars

With how the dojo system is at the moment.. I wouldn’t even bother. What’s the point of making a character for "pvp" that only happens once a week and to top it off that’s if the guild his in applies for dojo war. Not only that, but with the way the dojo system is at the moment there is just no point because TW guilds keep on challenging themselves which makes it a waste of time
But yes, he would be good for pve but most of the DWs I know quit their character out as it does get very boring playing DW since once at end game they have to wait for a party for TMQs/UD or CC so most people give up and make another class altogether.
