If anyone knows the a required level to learn skills, then can you please be sure to send me a PM or post in this thread. I did not record some levels for some skills so I ask that if anyone can help us collect this data it will be greatly appreciated.

i wanna add anger exploitation lvl 5 req lvl 54
but in calculator it just goes to lvl 4~

The information is currently being processed and its up to Citrinate to review the information you put in, so it should be up when Cit comes online next for him to confirm the information.
for example

I was going to ask cit about this too, I think he might have to do it himself if we tell him unless he adds in an option for us to add in the levels for the skills.
