As I'm sure most of you have noticed, not everything in the skill database/skill calculator is completely up-to-date with the current version of the game. The reason for this is that we have no simple method to pull skill data directly from the game, and instead rely on users manually collecting the data in-game.

A Contributor is someone who wants to assist in updating the skill database, and has been given the power to submit changes. If you want to help with the task of updating the skill database, you can request to become a contributor by sending me a private message.

After you've been given access to submit changes, you can then go to any skill in the skill database, and click on one of the skill's levels. You'll then be shown a form where you can change any of the values for that level and then submit your changes.

Any changes you submit will only be taken into effect once they've been reviewed and accepted. Before this happens, you're free to change any of the data you've already submitted by going back to the form, making a change, and then pressing submit.
