when i go to log in the same message pops up. but i noticed if i type anything in user name or password its still the same so its not a wrong username or password message any 1 know what i need to do?

You might be banned. Or you may need to confirm your account. I don't know. I haven't played yet, still in the process of downloading these damn updates.

i think i realised what i did wrong but now i have to download patch and all that again. no i havnt played before so im not banned and its not the username or password. i think i have to run as administor << can't spell. on the laucher as i didnt before now its downloading all the patch again, if it works i will post my answer

Hmm. The notice that comes up when it asks you to press yes or no, I think that is the administrator privilege thing. That popped up on mine anyway. I have Windows 7, so unless that isnt your PC, I don't see why the administrator privilege notice didn't pop up.

Yes, I did that too. Right click the DBOLauncher and 'run as administrator' and it worked. But I can't play till later because I have to go job hunting >_>
