Alright, its not a bad start, but it could use a few alterations (of course, your build depends on what your going for (pvp or pve), this little snippet of advice is fairly general with a few warnings and pieces of advice from my own experiences):
First, it is useless to max out both pets. You can only summon one at a time. Which one you choose is up to you. One is a tank with lower damage, but some nifty buffs and the other is pure dps with lower defense but high attack.
As for attacks, with my personal experience, i would not suggest maxing first law of the hearthstone. it might be an AoE, but it is relatively weak compared to the other attacks. If you want more damage, consider maxing out super energy bullets. it is one the strongest poko attacks. However, with the right gear, Hearthstone flash can be devastating.
This on is important: make sure you max out the healing over-time. these skills save you soooooo many times durring fights. They cost relatively small amounts of EP and can heal a great amount if you have both of them activated
Also, Poko Curse is a very nifty debuff. Max it. Enemies cant do a whole lot of damage if they have no EP. Beware, its max level is 3, so save enough points for it
Also, Kami's Desire comes in handy. It allows you to remove an enemy's buff. Put one point on it.
In the same regards, put a point on Kami's sponsor. It can really come in handy since it allows you to remove a debuff from yourself
Also, consider maxing out antennae beam. It might not be powerful, but it stuns the enemy for a few seconds when it is maxed out
Just a preference, but i do like kami's splendor. Its just nice to have on when you are surrounded by mobs. It might not reflect a ton of damage, but when a fight is raging on for a few minutes, it really takes its toll on the enemy. But, it can only be cast on you. Get it if you want.
Thats about it. The rest depends on whether you are go into pvp or pve. feel free to ask me anymore questions and i will answer to the best of my knowledge. Poko Priest is a very finicky class, but you'll get a feel for it once you start playing as one.
