My Client for my TW version keeps patching and re-patching and when its done a message comes up. When I hit start it says "Game initilization failed."

Is there anyway to fix this? If so, please respond.

right click the icon and run as administrator

That problem is coming on windows 7 64 - bit. Just run it as administrator. And if you have troubles to run English patch you must find guide how to provide administrator options (google it).
