Update your graphic card drivers if they're from last year then they're damn old.
Update your direct x & other important drivers. My PC is always up to date.

u must do maintain ur pc regularly. like cleaning all hard part from dust. ex: fans, ram, gfx card and all. for system do harddisk defrag, registry defrag, removing registry error. update ur OS with autoupdate, driver update (use driverscanner from uniblue).

most blue screen error is from ur ram issues. use school eraser to cleaning. this for removing electric static on ur ram. is still got blue screen, buy new.

Lol new comp starts at ~$400

New RAM $30-$60

Just because it works on new games doesn't mean that it will work on older games. It probably is your RAM, they go bad. That card is ancient but still considered a good card for basic gaming. Just make sure drivers are up to date and if it errors again try removing one of the ram sticks and running it for awhile on just the one(if you have more than one). If it errors again use the other stick for awhile. If that errors too try the other slot and repeat the process for each stick.

Take 1 memory stick and put it in Slot 1. If it errors take the memory stick out of Slot 1 and put it in Slot 2. If it errors again take the 1st stick out and do the test over again with Stick 2. One slot until an error, then the other slot.

Once youve done this....
If it errors regardless of what stick your using but only when your using a certain slot, it's prob your motherboard.
If it errors only using a particular stick regardless of which slot it's in, the problem is the RAM.

If nothing changes the problem is related to something else; most likely outdated/missing drivers, Windows OS corruption, Overheating, a faulty power supply, or else a bad HDD.

Did you put this graphics card in yourself to replace a stock one? How many devices are hooked up to this thing, maybe your just overloading the power supply and it's shutting down.
