Okay, I'm not quite sure why my previous thread was closed since there was no answer to the issue...

I'm playing the Taiwan version of the game and the whole thing just closes out after a little (less than 10min) of playing. Anyone know why this would be? I'm not being inactive, it'll happen in the middle of me running around or fighting an NPC... anyone else experiencing anything like this?

No error message, no pop-up, nothing is showing up prior to the close out. I doesn't matter if I'm at the character selection screen or actually in game. It just closes out without warning. It has been doing this for three days now so I doubt it would be normal maintenance.

It isn't even a normal close out of the game. If I log in and then normally close out the game (prior to the "random close out") my screen resolution returns to normal, but if I play for 5-10min then it randomly closes out (without any messages or warnings) then my screen resolution settings don't return to normal...

I haven't heard anyone else on here experiencing this issue and I find that strange... I've redownloaded the game, reinstalled the game, uninstalled the english patch, and still the game closes out after 5-10min of playing without any form of warning or message... What could this possibly be from?

Ping! It's dependent on your internet connection and how far you are away from the Taiwanese servers! Your best bet it is reset your modem, and keep trying. You shouldn't leave your computer/modem running for extended periods of time because that's when they are known to cause problems!
