I have just downloaded the Taiwanese client. I've also patched it to the latest patch and English patched it. But everytime I open it via administrator rights, the client just keeps on downloading. Once the patch bar was finished the download bar just keeps on downloading the flashpak files.

Does it really work that way or did I do something wrong?

Hmm see latest version of launcher is 1.57.14 think so! You can see version in left upper corner..If your version is 1.57.14 it should work!Hmm second way is to download patches just read this^^-http://dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6110&highlight=update+launcher
