Hey guys when I try to extract the files to the taiwan pack folder it says cannot create to all of those files I dont know what to do. Please someone help!

navigate \DBO_CT_TW\localize\TAIWAN and give permission to pack folder

rightclick patch folder-> properties->security->edit and give "full control" for ur user apply ok done.
