Help i had dragon ball online once before and i uninstall it because i didn't play it anymore but now i'm trying to reinstall it and it won't install. any advice on fixing this problem?

Does it stop in the middle of the installation?

Change your locale to Taiwan and try again.

i am using the taiwan version and yes it stops in the middle of the installation
