it disconnected and when i tried to login my PW doesnt work and someone changed it how can i restart o return my password?

i am Swordsman lvl 49 at server 1 playing on Taiwan..

i created another account and i logged into game for see if my other char was online, but he wasn't ill hope to be servers issues

i tried to log in this morning and still saying that the password has been changed, is someone else having these problems or i am the only?

Make sure you run the game as an administrator. You might also want to check the DBO integrity. You can check it by pressing the top button on the right side of the launcher. You will need to repatch the English patch afterwards.

all the game is running perfectly and i can log into another accounts but mine seems to have been changed, it shows a message telling me if CapsLock is active

so, i surely need to recover my password...

at wasabii appears an option for recovering my password bu i have to send them a FAX with some data... to taiwan

Try retyping your password, but make sure capslock isn't on. That looks to be your problem in the picture.
