It's the only one that I know of. How doesn't it help you? Do you mean the quests, the monsters, and what not? Or does it just not work for you?

Is there any other english patch? This one doesn't really help me in game...

Unfortunately, if you wish to read the text, quests etc you'll need to wait for an English version!

The current English patch only translates the UI!
