2x kaioken boosts crit rate, and Crane is a class that is good for crits (they get two passives for them at 40 if I'm not mistaken) So it isn't too pointless to have it(I have it).
Hypnosis is nice, however having it maxed is useless unless you're only using it to immobilize your target for bleed damage. Then again higher levels are good for a bit of down time for charging and getting behind your opponent. Just remember that if your opponent is hit while under that affect, the effect goes away.
You probably don't need the spiritualist passives, and if you want them you probably don't' need them over lvl 1 yet. Other than that you could probably re-allocate some points to other skills.
