hi, i am new to this game and have been getting this error ever since installing.. found alot of posts on these forums about it, but cant seem to find a fix.. wondering if anyone found out what causes, or even better a fix for the Creating the application is failed Errorcode[0].



i have run everything as administrator, changed my locale to TW.. tried mostly every fix for other errors ive seen on these forums.. any help would be appreciated.

Dude. It happened to me, Uninstall everything DBO on your pc except for the installer, run the installer again and should work. It might take multiple times like it did for me. Sorry I couldn't help more, but thats all the advice I got
p.s. you don't have to change your locale btw

just uninstalled, reinstalled.. let the launcher go DL the patches, and install them.. tried again and same thing.. :( ... hmm maybe ill try the korean version, but i really didnt want to bc i seen more english speaking people play on this one..

Don't Patch English.

to test my second install i did not use the english patch.. just simply let the game update itself completly. then hit the start button.

so frustrating.. just got home.. gonna uninstall and reinstall one more time before trying other version... if i do switch tho.. does english patch work on both versions of the game?

I had that yesterday too...i just made new start and it worked

by making new start.. do you mean just reinstalling?

and as far as reinstalling goes.. what is the best way? just using the installer to uninstall, then rerunning it for install.. or has anyone tried the repair option in the installer?

With new start i mean new starting computer^^

It worked and i can play. Or download the right video card driver.

patching my third installation now.. though while installing the game i did checkout my drivers, and for my video card it had Standard VGA graphics adapter, which is what windows installs for unknown video cards.. i downloaded the proper driver for my video card and instaled.. hopefully that will solve this.. ill post back when its done patching game and i know if it works or not.

it worked.. game launched and could log in with no problems.. closed the program and now installing english patch so i can try to understand at least a little bit of it.. hopefully doesnt send me back to troubleshooting..
