Ive just recently downloaded the appllication and i have done everything that the troubleshoot says to do and when i click on the game and then press start when it starts up and has the page where you insert your username and password before i can enter them it gives me an error that says:

"Authentication Failure
Connection Failed
Try again later"

I was just wondering how i fix this.
