if someone can hack your dbo game password and username, can they get your credit card and password? when do you think this game will have a password recovery system or does it? i mean they do have your email. am just asking for information.

No, they should not be able to get those details, they should only have your Account username and password. I do agree though, this game does need a better password recovery system as once someone changes the password your account is pretty much lost.
