I downloaded and installed the newest version of client but after the installation i can't even run the DBO launcher. I tried to skip the launcher and open the game directly and managed to enter the home page of the game but still I can't access the game. Another error occurred. Taiwan version. Any idea? Thanks for the concern.

Run the game as an administrator.

I already run the game as admin, installed appLocale, made my control panel traditional chinese and the patch is up to date. Still this error occurs.
