I've downloaded the Patch and the Patch Installer but when I try to uncheck the Read Only box or do anything to the folder I get an "Access Denied". The game is fully installed and everything please help.

Try and restart your computer. It'll refresh the memory of it and hopefully enable you to fix the problem.

Ahh.. Apparently my account had administrator powers but wasn't the main admin account. Sorry for the inconvenience, please close ;)

I am guessing windows 7? If i am correct, you can right click and select... run as administrator.
