I had to reinstall then let the launcher update. once it was done, dont click startbut close out and open dbo app

I had somthing similar I found soultion but i hated result you can try and see if your account is activated for dbo
I found that my old character were deleted
Go to website put dbo on list of games to play and we can go from there

do somebody help me with this broblem plz

that message means that you don't have the latest patch, try to right click on launcher and click run as administrator, if the launcher doesn't start the patch from the beggining after that i recommend uninstalling the game and deleting all traces of it, restart your computer and install everything again always using run as administrator..
