Ok! So i finally created my DBO TW account, started downloading the client (1,5mb speed super fast 0.0) everything seems right here.
So, here are some questions:

1)Is this version less laggy than the KR version? (i'm still using the same internet connecting 100mb velocity, living in Europe, Portugal)

2)Is the english patch improved since the last year (i've been off for 9 months)

3)Why didn't i receive an email from Wasabii's website after registering?

4)Final question just to get my mind cleared, do people around the world get to play on TW version or do they block IP after some time? /send people to jail (joking here, although i thought about this 9 months ago...)

Wasabii don't block foreigners IP addresses. Only if you break the rules then they might block it but you'll be fine as long as you just play the game for fun!
