Don't use the DWs energy attacks. The first one is realy weak, but it has stun. As an old DW user i'd suggest not to take the new attack. True, its flashy, but by the time you cast it you'll be dead. The same thing goes for the hellzone. You need fast attacks.

I feel like SK's are really limited. They have the one good attack with bleed and that seems like it.

No, the best skill from SK is life drain ... bould strike is only the massive damage, but in a hi-lvl/good-equipaments PVP, curse do more damage than bleed skill (life drain too).

If making an AoE SK and considering using RP vs lvl 59 mobs, level 4 Violent Slice is a massive 7 secs stun 1000~1500 damage attack, level 2 Self Destruction Wave is 2500~4000 massive damage around self attack, Cleave 3500~5000 massive damage infront of attack, and of course, Bold Strike 4000~6000 damage 1500~2000 bleed single target attack [all this with regular (not strength/soul/attack/e.attack/critical%), normal upgraded (5~8) weapon(60)/sub weapon(58)], more than enough to not to be a "one good attack" character.

? DW has the best defense & highest LP and i tested a lvl50 DW from a friend and was tanking like 10 mobs 1-2 lvl higher of the DW (they get me to like 3-4k LP down because his gear wasn't something + his build was PvP)

The energy attacks aren't slow at all...no cast time, the animations might seem slow but when u cast the skill the mobs get damaged immediately.

I forgot to mention even a SK is easy to kill if he's not properly geared.

Honestly I think I'm going with DW I like PVE way more than PVP and if I pvp I would want to do group pvp nothing solo so I feel I will be fine going the path of DW even if they are looked down as being not good.

I will make a DW too. I need a tank.
