OK i see alat healers need good build
so lets start
There is build only buffs

DragonClan

Healing Wave
this buff need be on max cus
he got low cooldown and u can use it from 35M
and you need gloves and staff +8 or more

Kami's Barrier
this buff max it. its give defense of 2K

Kami's Assistance
its heal Paralysis / electrification / confusion
and things like that. and give you RP

Kami's Hope
Every 2 secends give 224 LP (max it)

Kami's Sponsor
heal-fear,cunfuse,blind Expet Electrification (dont max)

Kami's Touch
max it. its dont give alat LP but its AOE
and if you do Kamis Hope Together its by use

Kami's Will
heal sombothey dead
it has 20 cooldown use it Level 1

Kami's Blessing
Buff Max the LP by 564 max it

Kami's Light
Max EP by 2854 Need be on max
It's help to kid buu or super saiyans

more somthing you have to know
Antena Beam
you have to max it cus it Paralysis
in RP its 6.7 sec its Useful

Dende Priest
There is Build for Dende Priest

Kami's Aurora
give 108 EP every 2 sec
with RP its 138 EP and
this buff help super saiyan
Or KaioKen

Super Healing Wave
put on this one cus he got alat cooldown
and its take along time do this buff
but he take alatel EP

Unleashed Spirt
max LP+818
max EP+637

Instanteous Movement
this is a skil teleport use for heal friend
or to go some place

UPDATE:
Kami's Trickery
Decreases agro generated by skills by 10%

Kami's Healing Technique
Increases the power of instant healing spells by 200%
and Increases the power of heal over time spells by 10%
max it

but yeah guys we need to fight to not count on kind strangers too help us do quest but in korean where you can reset you're skills otherwise this bullsh*t i think i have a hybrid build ill probally put it on :D
