Hi when i click the Dbo launcher icon on my desktop instead of installing this message appears saying something in Taiwan with the words launcher and a full stop i was just wondering is there any way of solving this problem if yes than how?

Check your task manager to see if the previous time you closed the client is still running or not. I usually get this problem if the game didn't close properly or due to click the .exe to many times. You might also want to try running the launcher.exe as an administrator.

Currently, the game is in maintenance. So the launcher will not work. What I suggest, once the maintenance is completed, download the new patch (The client automatically does this) and then try again. Or just a simple restart of your computer may be in order! Remember, when trying to run components of the client always right-click first and select "Run as Administrator".
