having a little problem with language patch, it doesnt work for some reason, can some1 help me with it?

did u put all files in including the readme.txt if so go to localize-TAIIWAN-pack and scroll down till u see lang0 pak right click that and uncheck read only now run as admin with the lang patcher hope this helps :)
