it a chain quest that starts in korin woods i believe. im not sure where it starts out tho. but i know it ends with you figthing a super time breaker at the kame house.
Ok, since I got some hints I figured I'd take some time to look for the quest line so that anyone wondering about won't have to spend hours/days just trying to find it.
The quest line starts with her and you'll have to complete, like, 20-something quests which will eventually lead you...
...here, where you'll have to fight a level 27ish boss with ~7500 LP.
You get a quest from some guy, he tells you to go to the beach part of the korin map and talk to some old man guy. Then you turn it in to him. Then he'll give you a follow up and you'll have to go find a turtle guy. He should be right behind the old guy. By the water. Good luck!
