I took a bit of a break, but I thought Wasabi may delete any unused characters. I decided to check in a couple of weeks ago and was able to log in with no problem.

I wanted to start playing again, but am unable to log in to the client or the Wasabi website. Just wondering if anyone knows if/when Wasabi deletes old accounts? Thanks.

Ive yet to hear of an account being deleted due to inactivity. I strongly doubt they delete accounts on a regular basis.

Thanks for the reply.

Turns out it's an issue with my client. I loaded DBO on my old system and was able to log in with no issues. When I start up DBO launcher on my new system, it attempts to download the same patch every time, which I assume it means that the patch is not being applied properly and that is preventing me from logging in.

Boo! :(

That's exactly what it was. Strange though on my previous PC I didn't have to run as an administrator, but I do on the new system. *Shrug*

Either way, thank you both for the help.

No problem man. Remember to always run as administrator.

Have fun.
