Will i be able to run this game with an intel atom on a windows 7 acer netbook, and it seems my computer has most of the specifications right, but i just wanted to make sure before i download the game.

You should be able to run the game. If you feel the game is a bit laggy and not running smooth enough, you can always try to adjust the settings.

Yes, my brother plays on his Win7 Intel Atom Seashell Netbook.

it's bit laggy, but just close all programs your not using, and it with with low settings.
