I dont know if this is me but although a healthy debate. Rather quite pointless due to the fact neither have ground evidence to support our theories just speculations, and that is all they are. I think that companies such as Dune Entertainment are stupid enough to invest in Dragonball Evolution in the first place therefore i reckon middle aged producers will bring out a sequel. The reason i mentioned middle aged was because they have no real idea what this day and age expect to see when producing films based off games.
Anyway to conclude the actual debate, There is no sufficient evidence to suggest that they would bring out another or not bring out a movie. Only time will tell, its just a waiting game.

I know like many other Game related movies we have all been let down in the past! We would have thought that the whole game to movie fusion would have died long ago with movies such as Tekken,

This suggests not, but taking it personally is probably the wrong thing to do when its merely a subjective point of view. I'm a big fan of Tekken, infact ive got the Ziabatsu Tattoo on my arm amongst other tribal. This is why i was disappointed with the movie because it didn't follow traditional Storylines, also yes John Woo fit the part greatly but other actors didnt. Anyway enough about the Esthetics of Tekken more about the DB Movie. |

Yes as we have come to terms with the Title of this post... I am writing to pre-warn you that there is a 2nd movie for the Dragonball Live action Saga planned. <DONT PANIC!!!!!> I know like many other Game related movies we have all been let down in the past! We would have thought that the whole game to movie fusion would have died long ago with movies such as Tekken, but they live on to cause more hassle in the Tabloids and Movie Critique area.
It is suspected due to rumors and whispers that the movie shall be revolved around the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa to earth. No more information has been shared to the public.
Can it actually be possible that this movie can have a revamped attitude towards its ever so angry fans? You would have to be the Judge of that!
However i'm not remaining all that skeptical of the idea that movies cant be revolved around games because you can watch Silent Hill and be pleasantly suprised at how they've kept to the storyline and eary atmosphere... So why couldn't they do this with Dragonball Evolution? Money? Actors? or even Technology? Nobody knows!
Fans call for a total recall of the live action Dragonball movie and throw in a CGI movie with Co-existing voice actors from the Anime's! Can this be done you might ask? Well lets take alook at Resident Evil Degeneration... I got my Dad to sit through a whole 97 minutes of that film without him taking toilet breaks which means it can be done people!

i just gotta LOL at this, i mean come on guys this has been talked about before and the only thing that we know is true is that all this is rumors and nothing more, and another reason why this is will probably never happen is that first theres no sources and second DBE sucked why would they make another? They would spend more money to make the film and get not even close back

Yeah, the last dragon ball live action movie wasn't that great either. It was very under funded, and has bad actors in it. If dragon ball wishes to entice a large audience it has to have the proper funding and effects. Without these realistic 3D effects I feel as though this is doomed just to be another generic unrealistic movie. I pray if they ever make a remake of the cell games in live action that they get a big whig director like steven spielberg or james cameron, and they get a big studio like universal or MGM or just anything better than what they had last time, and at least 250 million dollars worth of funds. I know if they do this a dragon ball would be awesome. I don't think this will be happening anytime soon.
