I Downloaded the english patch but i think im doing something wrong i looked at the video its kinda hard for me to understand so i just put the files in the folder of the setup and it cant find the lang0.pak can someone help?

Are you putting it in the normal 'destination folder? Or are putting it in the right location which is C://Program Files/DBO_TW_CT/localize/TAIWAN/pack. Put all the contents of the Enlgish patch in the latter location then run the patch as an administrator. If that fails, make sure the lang0.pak is not read-only. You can check this by right-clicking the file and selecting properties. It should work after these steps.

Also, be aware that everytim the game client updates to need to re-apply this patch to translate the UI to English.

I have the English patch in the right location and have unchecked read only on lang0.pak. This still has had no effect on the UI of the game. I followed all of the steps in the tutorial and just cannot get this patch to apply. I ran as administrator and it shows that it was successful however when I go to play the game there has been no change to the language. Any help please?
