I've been looking around on the forums lately about skill reseting. I know the skill reset books are extremely expensive, but the expert people who reset the skills are affordable for me. But i need to know (i have seen a few different answers to this and im kinda of tired of searching the forums) will you be able to reset your skills when you are lv 30? or does reseting skills via expert stop when you hit lv 29?

To be safe reset ur skills before u hit level 30. But I'm pretty sure u can still reset at 30 as well

you can reset build on lvl 30
so you can still have you old build while doing adult quest (lot easier cause you will have more skills )
you can reset but when you hit 31 you cant
