I don't think it would happen, as kool as it would be. But, it isn't unlikely for imports of games to change certain features that fit different audiences. I recall the japanese version of Pokemon Battle Revolution giving the player very few but lighter skin tones. But, the US version had dark skin tones, which was kool.
