i cant get the english patch to patch properly, it says patching is complete but nothing in the game is in english, also when i go to the loggin screen after like 2 seconds i get some message, i asume it says i have been d/c and the game closes, what must i do?

Ok... 2 things.
1. Have to wait for after maintenance, and after maintenance you have to re-apply patch (run as admin)
2. When the game is done and you have re-applied the patch, play DBO(run as admin)

Happened on my laptop but I still managed to fix it.

OOOOOO, i wasn't aware of servers being down, i thought it was telling me i got d/c AHA, k thank you.
