Id report the bug to wassabi. Its an obvious glitch im sure they will look into it

Does this happen to all of your friends characters every time he logs in? If so then as jaxill suggested, you should probably get your friend to report this to wasabii. This is the first time I have ever seen a bug like this happen before, did this only start to happen because of the latest patch?
