I was watching some of these videos on youtube but i couldnt notice anyone who was flying like it is in dragon ball...
We will get this skill later on when we get special lvl or something?
For me that would be bad that you will have to walk through whole world...

a beta tester found the flying skill but they weren't high enough level to use it I think.

We already have a thread for flying and all other modes of transportation here.
