LOL no no no you are very wrong gymnastics i a lot different than Parkour:
Parkour:efficiency and speed. Traceurs take the most direct path through an obstacle as rapidly as that route can be traversed safely. Developing one's level of spatial awareness is often used to aid development in these areas. Also, efficiency involves avoiding injuries, both short and long term. This idea embodying parkour's unofficial motto is être et durer, meaning "to be and to last".Also Getting from point A to Point B as fast and efficient
Free Running:Is more Flips,Spins,Twist,ect
Gymnastics:-___- characteristics to a gymnast is concentration,poise,Balance,ectx2
All:They all share many common features But non are the same
AND Parkour is not just on highledges...
