You go to the Kamehouse when you create a new charter. A tutorial awaits you there, and you also visit it in a TMQ. ( i think is TMQ2, the one with raditz on end. )

I think that are the only ways to visit it.

actually you can visit it if you go to the south beach in korin woods. talk to the turtle ^^

were is this place now i am an adult lvl 34 a fighter

south west of the woods i belive at the very bottom. from korin woods main village go down the south east path. untill you get to a turn off heading west. you should be able find it and be able to take it on but if you need anyhelp whisper me.

if i talk to the turtle it wount take me there
