Please could someone help me? :)
the English patch isn't working for me when I patch the files the language stays the same in the game nothing has changed. am I doing something wrong ?

I would really appreciate it if some one could help me.

Your patcher is in your DBO folder in your program files (or wherever you put it) in "DBO_CT_TW/localize/TAIWAN/pack" right? Make sure it is, then right click in the white space in your pack folder and click properties, which opens up the properties of the whole folder. Check the "Read-only (applies to files in folder)" box and click "Ok". Right click the patcher and click "Run as administrator" (on the Operating Sysytems that have that option) and use the patching program to start the patch. It'l take a minute or two, and then give you a dialog box either telling you if you were successful or not. If so, congrats, if not, check steps and try again.

theres 2 pack folders, make sure you put in the folder in the path on the previous post
