My brother give me the DBO TW from a pen,and when i go to start playing says me:''Creating aplication is failed[2]''And DBO doesn't work
P.D:I put the folder of the DBO In Hard Drive C:/File Programs this matter?

no its not the server maintenance..i had the same error when i was running the game on windows XP, tried everything, running as admin, deleting gameguard folder, uninstalling and reinstalling the game as admin...nothing worked..i wiped that partition and installed Windows 7, installed the game as admin and it worked fine.. i posted threads about the problem and searched everywhere..no one ever helped me or knew why people were getting that error.. sorry but if u have another OS u can install on another partition to try it on that would be ur best bet...

Or u could try an actual install... u said u are installing it off a pen drive of a pre-installed folder right? well try downloading the actual setup file and installing it that way rather then a copy and paste method..sometimes there are certain control DLL files that need to be installed in certain directories, if ur brother installed then just copied the Program Files folder and gave it to you, then u could be missing files required to compile it. also if you are both running different operating systems it could have misc differences in the setup required to play the game..try downloading the setup file and installing it..

yeah u could try that, because if ur not using admin sometimes it wont be able to put files in certain directories because u arent allowed. so try uninstalling, and reinstalling as admin..then run it as admin when u go to run the game.. if that doesnt work ur best bet is a seperate partition with a different OS

also manually patch the game after installing..click the top button on the right hand side of the screen..there should be 2 buttons on the side of the launcher with chinese characters going up and down..click the top one to manually patch and verify after running the launcher as admin
