I made 3 new accounts, with 2 new characters on each account.
I only leveled one of them to lvl10, just out of curiosity.
All 6 of the new characters that I created received the item.
Only 1 of them is lvl10, the rest are lvl2-1, so the level does not matter.
It did take about 2.5 days for it to get to me though, so I am convinced that
for some people it could take awhile. But I hope I can put some people at ease
by saying that as long as you made a new character within the time, you will eventually get your item.
its already said in the previous thread if you read each comment carefully.
*it doesn't matter if you make a new account or make new char in your old account. both methods works as long you created new char from oct 1-oct 7
*you don't really need to be lvl 10 to recive your intant lvl 33 item. even your only lvl 1 you can recive it just wait and the maximum hours before you receive it is 1day/24hrs. (i already have 5pcs. in my 5 newly created char. the shortest period i received it was only 15mins. sometimes it takes 4-8hrs but in my last char it takes 1day before i receive it)
*when you reach lvl 10 that the time to use your instant lvl 33 item to automatically become lvl 33. its up to you if you want to use right away or not.
*its up to you if you want to use your new created char and wait for the mail to arrive or just create a new char and logout. login back in 24hrs to check if you have mail. don't panic if you haven't receive mail, just wait alittle longer.
*you can still use the instant lvl 33 item even your lvl is lvl 10 above. (ofcourse it won't work if your lvl is 33 LOL)
*you can sell the instant lvl 33 items or trade or mail it. if you want to look for the prizes of that item in the AH type 10 in both min. and max. then hit search.

i got 3 so far. i made a new main account with 2 new characters and got 2 of them today and i made a wonder majin on my old main account yesterday and also got one today :D.
